Licensee must sell only approved products in their stores. However, our Food Science and Technology Department works to develop new products and collaborates with our Licensees and internal departments in the development of new products. Licensees are always welcome to submit ideas for new menu items, but these items may not be sold in stores until they are approved by Taste Better.
Yes. Each store is required to use the same POS system and software so that detailed records of sales and other financial aspects of the business can be monitored and recorded.
Taste Better will provide initial training for a minimum of two individuals.
This training is conducted at Taste Better’s Retail Outlet in Selangor, Malaysia, prior to the new store opening.
3 Type of Training System will be provided by Taste Better
For New Join Licensee:-The 30 Days training programme includes:
- Taste Better Quick Service System™
- Retail Outlet Operation Manual Training
- Outlet Reporting System & Ordering System
- Live Practice On Retail Outlet ( Weekend )
The 5 Days Management training* includes:
- TBQSS Perfect Leadership
- Master Licensee Training
- Recruitment, Reinterview, Retraining System
*Only applicable for 3 Outlets Licensees
The 100 Days training Programme, Taste Better Malaysia will held rotating training programme on every 100 days. Training includes:-
- Latest Product training
- Latest update from Licensor
- Revision for TBQSS
- Update for Operation Manual Training
